Support the Girls | Complimentary Surgical Garment Intitiative
At Victoria’s Attic, we understand that a breast cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Through our Support the Girls Initiative, we are honoured to provide comfort, care, and support to women in our community during their recovery journey.
Beginning May 1, 2026, eligible clients will receive one complimentary post-surgical garment designed to provide gentle support and comfort after breast surgery.
Our goal is simple: to help women feel cared for, comfortable, and supported during every stage of healing.
What’s Included
Eligible clients may receive:
- One complimentary post-surgical garment
- Professional fitting support in a private and compassionate environment
- Personalized assistance selecting the garment best suited to your stage of recovery

Please Note
The program does not include:
- Compression belts
- Bra extenders or post-surgical accessories
- Lymphedema products
- Scar therapy products
- Abdominal or non-breast surgery post-surgical products
Garments are selected based on your individual needs and stage of care.
Eligibility Guidelines
To ensure we can support as many women in our region as possible:
- Limit of one garment per eligible client
- Clients must reside within the Peace Region
- Garments cannot be exchanged for other merchandise
- Only approved post-surgical garments qualify
This initiative is funded up to $5,000 and will continue until funding has been fully used.
Appointment Required
To provide the highest level of care and personalized support, all clients are required to book an appointment before visiting the store.
This allows our certified fit specialists to:
- Prepare appropriate garment options in advance
- Provide a private and comfortable fitting experience
- Ensure you receive the support best suited to your recovery needs
