Shipping policy

In-Store Pick Up

Customers are welcome to collect their orders in person by selecting “In-Store Pick Up” at checkout. Pick up is available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Orders will be prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the boutique.


Shipping Options

We are pleased to offer:

  • Complimentary shipping on orders over $199.95 within Canada (International & US Shipping Disclaimer below)

  • Flat rate of $25 for Canadian orders under $250

  • U.S. Shipping at a flat rate of $45

  • International shipping at a flat rate of $65

All packages will include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel. Please note that any issues or missing items that occur after the package has been sent are not the responsibility of Victoria’s Attic.

If you have any special shipping requests or require a specific carrier, please include the details in your Order Notes at the time of purchase. Requests made after the order has been placed may not be accommodated, as shipments are often processed promptly.

U.S. & International Shipping Disclaimer

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or unclaimed, Victoria’s Attic reserves the right to deduct all return shipping fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and related carrier charges from any refund issued.


Processing Time

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days of being received.


Customer Responsibility for Additional Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges beyond the initial order, including but not limited to:

  • Costs associated with returns

  • Shipping fees to resend items that are ineligible for refund or exchange

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, Victoria’s Attic is no longer liable for lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items that do not arrive due to carrier issues.

If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist by contacting the carrier to initiate a trace or claim. Depending on the outcome and your chosen shipping method, shipping cost compensation may be available as determined by the carrier’s policies.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to help prevent delivery issues.


Shipping Delays & International Duties

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, delays may occur—particularly during high-volume periods such as holidays. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees (including VAT). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase total.
