Refund policy

At Victoria’s Attic, your satisfaction is important to us. While we hope you love every piece you purchase, we understand that sometimes things do not work out. Please review the following return and exchange policy carefully before sending an item back.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

For eligible online orders, we accept returns, exchanges, or store credits on regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date.

Items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached in their original placement

  • Free from signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant, lotion, or fragrance

  • Packaged with the same level of care in which they were received, including tissue inserts in moulded cups where applicable

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

In-Store Purchase Policy

Due to hygiene, health, and product integrity standards, the following items purchased in-store are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Bras

  • Underwear and panties

  • Shapewear

  • Swimwear

  • Compression garments

  • Tights and hosiery

Online Purchase Exceptions

For online purchases, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Post-surgery products

  • Breast tape and adhesives

  • Washes and detergents

  • Compression garments

  • Tights and hosiery

These products are considered final sale for medical, hygiene, and product integrity reasons and cannot be resold once opened, tried on, or handled.

Hygiene & Quality Assurance

To maintain the integrity and hygiene standards of our garments:

  • When trying on panties or similar intimate apparel, please wear clean personal undergarments underneath.

  • Items with a crotch panel, including panties, bodysuits, and swimwear, must show no signs of wear.

  • Swimwear must retain the protective liner in place and appear unworn and untouched.

  • Items showing deodorant, lotion, makeup, stains, odour, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

Any return that does not meet these hygiene standards will be refused. No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

Return Authorization

To initiate a return or exchange, please email thegirls@victoriasattic.ca within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.

Once your return request has been approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Victoria’s Attic is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

For returns from the United States, please clearly declare the package as “Canadian Goods Return” on all customs documentation. Incorrectly declared packages may result in duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Packaging Requirements

Returns must be packaged with the same level of care in which they were received.

For example:

  • Moulded cups must include the original tissue inserts to prevent damage or denting.

  • Items must be protected from crushing, moisture, and other damage during transit.

  • Products must arrive in clean, saleable condition.

Returns that arrive damaged, improperly packaged, without the required Return Authorization number, or in unsaleable condition will not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether it has been approved.

If approved, we will process the agreed-upon exchange, store credit, or refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays, promotions, and other peak periods.

Non-Eligible Returns

If a returned item is deemed ineligible and you would like it shipped back to you, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including:

  • The original cost of shipping the item back to Victoria’s Attic

  • The cost of shipping the item back to your address

  • Any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges

Victoria’s Attic does not cover shipping, customs, or import-related costs incurred after the original purchase.
