MEASURING

1. Measure Your Ribcage:
   Place the measuring tape around your ribcage, directly beneath your breast tissue. Ensure the tape is level all the way around your body and snug, but not tight. This measurement will provide your band size.

2. Measure Your Bust:
   Wear a well-fitting, supportive bra that lifts your breasts to their natural position. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it is level across your back and front. If your bra doesn’t provide enough lift, you may need to use your hands to hold your breasts in a supported position while someone else measures.
