Our Easy Return or Exchange Policy
We hope that you absolutely love your purchase! If you are not satisfied though, please read through our return or exchange policy.
Regular priced merchandise only is available for return, exchange or credit within 30 days of your order being shipped (ANY AND ALL sale or discounted items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned);
All tags must be attached and items must clearly show they have not been worn ;
We offer pristine, quality product which is why we require you to try on any garments with the utmost care and attention. If you need to try on panties or the like, we require you to try them on OVERTOP of your own clean and fresh panties. If we receive panties back, we give them a “fresh” test to determine whether they meet our pristine saleable requirements. All items with a crotch must clearly show they have never been worn. If they DO NOT meet these requirements, please know we can not accept these returns and you will not be given a refund OR an exchange. If you are trying on swimwear ~ the protective liner in the crotch must be in place and clearly show it has not been removed. Please be very cautious when trying on your items, if they show signs of makeup, deodorant, lotions or other stains or marks we will not be able to grant you a refund, exchange or in store credit.
When returning your items, please note it is important to package the items the same way you received them. Molded cups require the tissue inserts so as not to dent the molding of the fabric. “Dented” cups are unsaleable, and there fore we will not be able to refund, exchange or give you an in store credit.
The client, (you), are responsible for the return shipping costs and we do not refund the initial shipping cost;
If you aren’t super excited about your purchase and would like to exchange them or would like an in-store credit, within 30 days of shipping, please send us a message via firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be issued a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel you are returning. Please make sure that the items have the original tags attached in the original location (no tags may have been removed and then reattached), they must clean and clearly show they have been unworn.
Once we have received the items back we will forward you a message to confirm this to you. We will promptly issue you your exchange, in-store credit note, or refund your money (please note any shipping charges will not be refunded).
When returning your parcel, please be aware that the client, (you), are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns are to be delivered through Canada Post (US residents please use US Postal Service). Please insure all parcels to the value of the items and ensure they have a tracking number. If you are returning items via US Postal Services, please fill out the Customs Form as a “Canadian Goods Return”. Failure to fill out the form properly may result in extra charges and Victoria’s Attic will not be responsible for any of these cost.
Victoria’s Attic will not accept COD returns;
parcels where the Return Authorization number is not clearly written;
or parcels returned via FEDEX, UPS etc.
