Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are only available for regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and must clearly show that they have not been worn or washed.

PLEASE NOTE

We take great pride in offering pristine, high-quality products, and we kindly request that you handle all garments with the utmost care when trying them on. For hygiene and quality control purposes, if you are trying on panties or similar items, we ask that you wear your own clean, fresh undergarments underneath.

Upon receipt of returned panties, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our strict standards for pristine, saleable condition. All items with a crotch must clearly demonstrate that they have never been worn.

Please note that if any items do not meet these criteria, we will be unable to accept the return, and no refund or exchange will be granted.

For swimwear, the protective liner in the crotch area must remain in place and clearly show that it has not been removed.

We also request that you exercise caution when trying on your items. Garments displaying signs of makeup, deodorant, lotions, stains, or marks will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

When returning your items, please ensure they are packaged in the same manner as when you received them. For example, moulded cups must retain their tissue inserts to prevent any denting of the fabric's shape. "Dented" cups are unsaleable, and as such, we will not be able to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for these items.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your items or receive an in-store credit, please contact us at thegirls@victoriasattic.ca within 30 days of the shipment date. You will be issued a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. All items must have their original tags attached in the original locations, with no tags removed and reattached. Items must be in clean condition and show no signs of wear.

Once we have received your returned items, we will send you a confirmation message. We will then process your exchange, issue an in-store credit, or refund your payment. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover all return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return parcel for the value of the items and require a tracking number for added security. If you are returning items via U.S. Postal Service, please fill out the customs form as a "Canadian Goods Return." Improper completion of the form may result in additional charges, which Victoria’s Attic will not be responsible for.

Victoria’s Attic will not accept COD returns, damaged or improperly packaged parcels, or parcels where the Return Authorization number is not clearly visible on the exterior of the package.
